These employees are high performers and worthy of recognition. We also recognise those who were nominated but not successful this year.”
Each month nominations are open for and employee of the Month and those selected are highlighted and rewarded for their achievements. Employee of the Year for NRA is determined through a nomination panel. The Panel puts forward the two individuals who scored the highest overall monthly scores throughout 2018. Mr. Berry and Ms Jackson tied with 364 points each, so the panel had to consider which employee had won employee of the month more than once in the year. Mr. Berry was the winner, having been named Employee of the Month for March and September. Mr. Jackson received the Achievement Award to recognize his effort.
